Your responsibilities and impact working as a Business Development Consultant will be:

As a key team member, you will play a crucial role in identifying, promoting, and converting potential clients into long-term strategic partners. Your main responsibilities will include:

Business Development & Sales
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.
  • Develop and refine market entry & expansion strategies in collaboration with the Sales Manager in Spain.
  • Identify and engage potential clients, partners, and key stakeholders via networking events, industry conferences, and digital platforms.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle: initial calls, client visits, negotiations, and closing deals.
  • Build strong relationships with a network of trusted workshops, garages, and dealerships.
Client Relationship Management
  • Understand client needs and pain points to offer tailored solutions.
  • Foster long-term relationships to enhance customer retention and upselling opportunities.
  • Provide ongoing support and guidance throughout the sales lifecycle, acting as a trusted advisor.

Skills, qualifications and interests you need to succeed in this role:

  • Fluency in both Spanish and English
  • 3+ years of experience in business development, sales, or consulting, with a strong ability to manage complex sales cycles and influence decision-makers at all levels.
  • Knowledge of financial technology (FinTech), payment processing, or digital banking is a plus.
  • Strong teamwork and collaboration skills, especially in a multicultural environment.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment while maintaining a strategic, results-driven approach.
