HR/Office Manager - Internship

__JOB OVERVIEW:__
We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated HR/Office Manager Intern to join our dynamic team at Lateral Thinking. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting HR processes, managing administrative tasks, and ensuring smooth office operations.The ideal candidate will have a strong background in organizational skills, HR administration, and office management, with a passion for working in a creative and fast-paced environment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- HR Support: Assist in recruitment processes, onboarding, and employee documentation management.
- Contract Administration: Support in drafting, managing, and updating employment contracts and agreements.
- Onboarding Process: Coordinate new hire onboarding, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
- Office Administration: Coordinate office supplies, manage vendor relations, and maintain office space organization.
- Inventory & Logistics Management: Oversee warehouse inventories and manage the reception and dispatch of packages.
- Office Environment Management: Ensure that the office remains clean, organized, and welcoming.
- Maintenance Coordination: Coordinate office maintenance and repair tasks, including liaising with external vendors when necessary.
- Office Supplies Management: Manage inventory and office supply purchases to ensure adequate stock at all times.
- Event Planning & Coordination: Assist in planning and coordinating company events, such as team meetings, celebrations, and team-building activities.
- Administrative Assistance: Provide general administrative support to team members as needed.
__REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS__
Currently pursuing a university degree or postgraduate studies in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
SKILLS- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication skills in Catalan, Spanish and English.
- Proficiency in digital tools and document management.
- Proactive attitude and eagerness to learn in a dynamic environment.
