Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer support to Spanish-speaking clients addressing their inquiries and issues.
  • Assist customers with product-related questions, order management, and service inquiries.
  • Resolve complaints and problems efficiently, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Document all customer interactions accurately for future reference and service improvement.
  • Collaborate with other teams to facilitate quick and effective solutions for customer concerns.
  • Stay updated on company products and services to provide informed support to clients.
  • Promote a positive and professional customer experience through effective communication.
Requirements
  • Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and spoken.
  • Previous experience in customer service roles, preferably in remote settings.
  • Strong communication skills with a keen focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to handle challenging situations and resolve issues with a positive attitude.
  • Familiarity with customer support tools and CRM systems is advantageous.
