Responsibilities- Source, screen, and select candidates for various roles in the Nordic region.
- Conduct interviews and assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Maintain and update candidate databases to ensure accurate and timely records.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their hiring needs and company culture.
- Provide exceptional customer service to both candidates and clients throughout the recruitment process.
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract talent.
- Stay informed about industry trends and local job markets in Nordic countries.
- Fluent in at least one Nordic language (Danish, Swedish, Norwegian, or Finnish) and English.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with candidates and clients.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment.
