Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional customer support to clients speaking Nordic languages through multiple communication channels.
  • Assist customers with inquiries regarding financial products and services, ensuring accurate and timely assistance.
  • Address transaction issues and account inquiries professionally and effectively.
  • Maintain comprehensive records of customer interactions and manage follow-up communications.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations during all client interactions.
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to continuously enhance the customer experience.
  • Stay informed about updates in financial regulations, products, and market trends relevant to the Nordic market.
Requirements
  • Fluency in a Nordic language (such as Danish, Swedish, Norwegian, or Finnish) and English, both written and spoken; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
  • Experience in customer service or the financial sector is preferred but not required.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills are necessary.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and effective problem-solving capabilities.
  • Ability to handle sensitive customer information with discretion.
  • Self-motivated and capable of thriving in a remote work environment.
  • Desire to work remotely from Greece while serving a diverse customer base.
