The Position
Reporting directly to the Commercial Sub Chapter Lead of the area in Roche Diagnostics Spain, we are looking for a Key Account Manager (Sales Manager) to build and strengthen Roche´s presence and reputation in Aragón, La Rioja and Navarra areas, managing a team composed by Sales Specialists in the area. You will have the following responsibilities:
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Guided by a passion for positive customer experiences to uncover areas to expand the availability of Roche’s innovative solutions and solidify our market-leading position.
- Window person to market interacting with a set of stakeholders in the scientific/technical/economic area and, in general, with the customer key decision makers.
- Responsible in manage sales for the entire Roche Diagnostics portfolio in order to offer our customers Roche solutions that best suited to their needs
- Develop account strategy and executes against strategic and tactical business plans for the assigned accounts.
- Establish & maintain good relationship and fast action to handle customers needed with compliance manner.
- As a squad team member, you will provide leadership, insights and guidance to your team members to enable them to support the delivery of a stellar customer experience and profitable sales growth.
- Constantly gather data on Market trends. Monitors products, solutions, and positioning of competitors. Analyzes business risks and opportunities and educates his team on this subject.
- Previous sales experience in the healthcare market, proving success result.
- Desirable at least 3 years of experience in the area of sales/business development in the IVD Diagnostics industry.
- You have previous experience leading or coordinating multidisciplinary teams.
- Customer orientation, strong strategic, conceptual, and analytical thinking, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- High negotiation capacity at all levels of key stakeholders within a hospital
- Demonstrated comfort building and maintaining relationship with senior level buying influences.
- Experience with engaging with new teams, and fostering environments of accountability.
- Demonstrate persistence and perseverance to achieve desirable business outcomes.
- Have strong desire of learning new products and new business areas.
- Good communication and teamwork, also be creative and adapt well in new environment.
- Bachelor or Masters Degree in Business or Healthcare or equivalent experience.
- Must be fluent in Spanish and English
- Location should be in the working area.

In close collaboration with the different stakeholders of the organization, the Key Account Manager will ensure the overall consistency of the organizational strategy and advice on decision making as well as the continuous improvement of agile ways of working in Roche Diagnostics Spain.
