We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to join an exciting project. The right candidate will be able to work in a dynamic environment alongside a team of technicians and engineers to ensure that all project deliverables are met.

Tareas- Plan and execute technical projects in an automotive, ensuring compliance with safety, performance and timing requirements.
- Manage and monitor the project, including planning and coordination of the activities.
- Develop verification and validation plans to ensure thorough testing of vehicle components and systems.
- Coordinate and oversee project activities in accordance with client requirements, ensuring successful execution, effective resource allocation, and timely delivery of project milestones.
- Document and report project results using internal tools and processes, maintaining a structured approach.
- Maintain a structured approach to documentation.
- Anticipate future project needs and collaborate with the team to plan accordingly.
- Identify and implement new methods that align with project requirements.
- Optimize and streamline tools and equipment used in project activities.
- Propose design improvements based on project results and analysis.
- Conduct data analysis and verify acceptance criteria.
- Support cross-functional root cause analysis for technical issues.
- Track and document issues related to hardware, software, or integration failures.
- Adhere to Health and Safety legislation and uphold Outrigo’s workplace standards to create a safe and productive work environment.
- 1st Class Bachelor or Masters degree in Mechanical, Automotive or Motorsport Engineering
- Previous experience in Project Management.
- Desirable experience in vehicle testing and the use of data acquisition tools.
- Skilled in troubleshooting techniques to quickly identify and rectify problems.
- Desirable experience in Full vehicle Type Approval and understanding of vehicle homologation
- Desirable experience in JIRA
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
- Excellent team-worker, who is agile and proactive.
- Track record demonstrating creativity and ingenuity.
- Proficient in conducting full vehicle testing, ensuring comprehensive evaluation of all vehicle attributes.
- Proven track record of building strong written and verbal relationships internally and with external customers.
- Capable of utilizing problem solving techniques within tight timing constraints, ensuring efficient and effective resolution of challenges.
- Possession of a valid B driver’s license is mandatory, and having a D or C license would be considered advantageous.
