If you’re eager to own design in your domain and make a global impact, apply now and let's create the future together.KeyResponsibilitiesDesign Strategy: Define and drive the design vision and strategy within your domain for HP Industrial Print’s digital printing solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and user needs.End-to-End Product Design: Lead the design process from concept to implementation, including user research, wireframing, prototyping, and visual design.User Experience Excellence: Champion user-centered design principles to create accessible, intuitive, and engaging user experiences.Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of design into product development processes.Design System Stewardship: Maintain and evolve our design system to ensure consistency and scalability across our product portfolio.Innovation & Trend Analysis: Stay ahead of design trends, tools, and technologies to ensure our products remain at the cutting edge of design and functionalityQualificationsMaster's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.Over 7 years of experience in designing digital products for web and mobile platforms.
Proficiency with design tools suchasFigma,Framer,Webflow,andProtoPie.Atleast2yearsofexperienceinaproductteam,withastrongabilitytoguideideationandfeaturedevelopment within your domain using a user-centered design framework.Deepunderstandingoftechnicalconstraintsandtheabilitytodesignsolutionsthatworkacrossdifferent platforms,includingdesktopandmobile(iOSandAndroid).Ability to lead and ideate products from scratch and improve features within a user-centered design process.Skills in communicating and influencing product design strategyFluencyinEnglish(equivalenttoC1orhigher).Sales & Services entity (ES11)Job- SoftwareSchedule
