The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving operational excellence, enhancing productivity, and leading change management initiatives within the team. This role is pivotal in ensuring that our operations align with our strategic goals and deliver outstanding results for our clients.
Additionally, the Operations Director will oversee a Business Intelligence (BI) expert and a Salesforce expert to collect and prioritize all reporting and Salesforce needs for the sub- departments.Key Responsibilities:1.
- Oversee Capacity planning for all activities in the Evaluations Services (Ratings, IQ) and support budget planning to optimize resource capabilities and support the company’s ambitious growth objectives.- Manage capacity according to actual workload and inflow to ensure timely delivery of services.- Develop and implement strategies to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness across the EVS department.
- Utilize data-driven approach to establish metrics that ensure high-quality service delivery, productivity gains and continuous improvement.- Lead process optimization initiatives to streamline workflows, eliminate inefficiencies and drive productivity improvements.- Foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement within the team.- Monitor EVS risks and mitigation plan.2.
- Lead change management efforts to support the implementation of new processes, technologies, and strategies across EVS.
- Provide training and support to the team to facilitate smooth transitions and adoption of new practices.3.
- Build and maintain a high-performing team by recruiting, training, and mentoring team members.
- Create a positive and inclusive work environment that encourages collaboration and innovation.
- Set clear goals and expectations, providing regular feedback and performance evaluations.4.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of operations with organizational goals.
- Serve as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, addressing concerns and providing updates on operational initiatives.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.10+ years of experience in operations management, with a proven track record of driving operational excellence and productivity improvements.Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage, motivate, and develop a diverse team.Excellent change management skills, with experience leading large-scale transformation initiatives.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.Experience managing BI and Salesforce functions is highly desirable.Experience in a sustainability or environmental solutions company is a plus.Additional InformationStart date: 1st April, 2025
