The Real-World Evidence organization’s Medical Affairs Category team is seeking a Product Strategy Lead to take ownership of RWE offerings aligned with the Medical Affairs customer. The products in our category include disease and product registries, natural history of disease, extension studies, external comparators, Cell and Gene therapy long term follow up studies, low interventional and pragmatic clinical trials, implementation science programs.
This replacement role will focus initially on supporting the category as a whole, developing later into specialization for specific offerings as our business continues to evolve. This high visibility role is an opportunity to join a small but dynamic team.

This role has strong future development prospects; career path leading to senior sales support, thought leadership or operational management positions within and beyond RWE.Assigned to take ownership of developing client-centric products to ensure that IQVIA articulates differentiation and excellence, securing client projects and market leadership.

Utilizing market research, client and account team development and drawing on dedicated delivery teams, you will be expected to develop product market requirements, a product development roadmap with defined growth and margin targets as well as market-competitive product positioning.RESPONSIBILITIESProduct Education: Speak knowledgeably about the different offerings (After training):• Present educational and operational materials about the offerings internally and externally• Use case studies to help highlight IQVIAs differentiation and expertise in delivering these evidence generation programsProduct Definition: Perform Market Research to:• Identify key customer requirements in terms of product solution, quality, associated services and price (e.g. deliverables/time/quality/cost)• Quantify demand and growth of the productProduct Positioning: Work with Marketing and Subject Matter Experts to develop:• A product-specific value proposition• Provide value-focused proposal language and pricing guidance to support customer engagement and proposal development teamsProduct Market Development: Work with global and regional account & business development teams to:• Profile and target customers whose pipeline and strategies will require the product and support account planning.• Develop annual product growth plans, forecasting value of the product to be sold in a given year and associated margin target of said products• Provide product-specific SME services during proposal and bid-defense preparationProduct Delivery: Work with the RWE delivery teams to:• develop a product solution in accordance with customer priorities and meeting defined deliverable / time/ quality/ cost parameters• develop product-specific investment and business casesQUALIFICATIONS• 5+ years direct experience in the late phase, observational study or RWE space• Track record of product development, product management and/or consulting• Demonstrated experience in market needs assessments and value proposition development• Strong cross-functional engagement / consultative skill setPlease share your CV in English.Please note that we don't offer visa sponsorship.IQVIA is a leading global provider of clinical research services, commercial insights and healthcare intelligence to the life sciences and healthcare industries.
