Requirements

Responsibilities:

• Design visually appealing and engaging email templates that drive customer engagement and conversions for eCommerce brands.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to craft compelling email marketing campaigns that reflect the brand's identity and key messages.
• Create and optimize responsive email designs that are compatible with various devices and email clients.
• Incorporate best practices in email design, ensuring a seamless user experience that enhances click-through rates and overall performance.
• Stay updated on current trends and technological advancements in email marketing and design.
• Review and analyze the performance of email campaigns and make iterative improvements based on data-driven insights.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an Email Marketing Designer or similar role within the eCommerce sector.
• Strong proficiency in email design software and platforms, such as Adobe Creative Suite, Mailchimp, Klaviyo, or similar.
• Solid understanding of email marketing best practices, including A/B testing and campaign analysis.
• Excellent attention to detail and a strong aesthetic sense, capable of creating visually stunning designs.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS for email design is a plus.
