With a strong and broad technology and software portfolio, comprehensive expertise and a global presence, ZEISS is a preferred partner in a wide range of industries, including electromobility, medical technology, additive manufacturing and aircraft construction.Become part of our team and set new standards in industrial metrology!As Project Manager eCommerce you will be responsible for the E2E processes, process automation in online sales (strategic and operational).Your Role* Accompany and share responsibility for the group-wide introduction of SAP (S4/Hana) and Salesforce CRM in relation to eCommerce processes in the eCommerce team* Drive forward the further development and optimisation of the B2B web shop as an elementary component of the digitalisation strategy* Actively manage stakeholders and ensure intensive and cooperative collaboration with the relevant interfaces* Coordinate an agile team as eCommerce project manager and ensure the implementation of the development roadmap based on clearly defined goals and task packages* Actively drive the rollout of the eCommerce solutions in the countries* Coordinate a team of developers, UX designers, scrum masters and experts from neighbouring areas* Take responsibility for filling, maintaining and prioritising the project backlog* Actively support and drive forward the operational processes and optimisation of internal processes (end-to-end)Your Profile* Successfully completed degree in business administration, economics, business informatics or an alternative qualification* Experience in managing successfully software development projects as a project manager, ideally with an e-commerce focus* Several years of relevant professional experience in e-commerce* Ideally a deep understanding of sales processes in the SAP environment (SAP S/4HANA)* Analytical skills* A hands-on mentality* A confident demeanour and a structured way of working* Fluency in written and spoken German and EnglishYour ZEISS Recruiting Team:Carina-Rachele Germano
