As a Customer Service Agent, you’ll be the first point of contact for our Dutch-speaking guests when they need assistance or information. Your mission will be to answer their questions, manage bookings, and ensure everything runs smoothly. If you’re friendly, communicative, and passionate about delivering excellent service, this is the role for you!
Customer Support:
- Quickly respond to guest inquiries via phone
- Provide all necessary information about the resort’s facilities, activities, and services.
- Help with bookings for accommodation, meals, and leisure activities.
Problem Resolution:
- Listen to guests with empathy and find quick solutions to their issues.
- Work with other departments to ensure the guest experience is seamless.
Administrative Tasks:
- Keep accurate records of guest interactions and transactions.
- Handle bookings, cancellations in line with company policies.
- Fluency in Dutch
- Previous customer service experience is a plus! Experience in hospitality or tourism is even better.
- Great communication skills, friendly attitude, problem-solving ability, and a proactive approach.
- The ability to handle multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.

- rotating shifts from Monday to Sunday, from 9 AM to 7 PM
- training start date is November 25th
