The role you’ll play:

As a Localisation Project Manager Trainee, you will oversee the coordination of our customers’ translation requests from A to Z. After completing our extensive onboarding process, you’ll be able to manage our customers' orders independently. You’ll work in accordance with our detailed guidelines and workflows ensuring all your projects are delivered on time to our customers.

  • Coordinating translation orders with language experts, graphic designers, engineers as well as other departments via the LanguageWire collaboration platform
  • Working together with our Customer Success Managers in other regions and Customer Representatives regarding translation projects for our customers
  • Operating using our cutting-edge language management software
  • Cooperating with our language experts and customers across the globe
  • Performing various administrative tasks

What you’ll need to bring:

  • You are fluent in English and/or German
  • The position requires a structured and organized person with excellent attention to detail
  • You thrive in a dynamic environment
  • You can work under pressure handle and continuously meet deadlines
  • You are open-minded, creative, and proactive.

What will make you stand out:

  • You have experience with Microsoft Office packages and InDesign
  • Experience using various tools relevant to the field of translation such as CAT or Subtitling tools
  • It would be extremely beneficial to be proficient in another language aside from English (preferably Danish, Swedish, German, French or Dutch)
