As a Supply Chain Planning Manager, you will be responsible for optimizing supply chain operations and ensuring seamless coordination across key processes. Your responsibilities will include:

• Materials Planning (Raw Materials & Packaging):
• Forecasting and managing inventory for a portfolio of global and local suppliers.
• Ensuring timely availability of materials to support production needs.
• Material Supply Management:
• Developing strong relationships with suppliers to ensure reliability and agility.
• Leading supplier setup and spearheading agility improvement projects.
• Production Planning:
• Managing service delivery and inventory for selected production lines.
• Conducting capacity leveling and preparing monthly performance reports.
• Inventory Management:
• Monitoring raw material stocks to mitigate write-off risks and optimize inventory turnover.
• Subcontractor Planning:
• Overseeing service delivery and inventory management for products outsourced to external manufacturers.
• Supply Planning & Analytics:
• Leveraging big data analysis to inform strategic decisions.
• Driving processes to maintain balanced and healthy stock levels.
• Background in Engineering, Mathematics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience in a similar supply chain or planning role.
• Fluency in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis tools.
• Exceptional ability to communicate and collaborate with diverse cultural and functional teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a results-oriented mindset.
• Excellent organizational and planning skills with a proactive and empathetic approach.
