Order Fullfillment Specialist

The position The primary purpose of this role is to ensure the timely and effective supply of products within the LBU, acting as the main point of contact for distribution partners and wholesalers in Spain.
The role focuses on managing supply chain processes, improving reporting and administration for sales, rebates, tenders, waste, and ensuring compliance with Good Distribution Practices (GDP). Additionally, the role involves upskilling the supply chain and quality teams on upcoming legislative changes.
Key Responsibilities: In-Market Supply Monitoring: Analyse market supply patterns, implement efficiencies, and report on supply developments using Free Price System data. Partner Relationship Management: Manage and optimize relationships with distribution and wholesaler partners, driving service improvements.
Supply Chain Operations: Coordinate complaints, returns, stock replacement, invoicing, and customer master maintenance, while fostering continuous improvement. Legislative Compliance and Improvement: Ensure compliance with GDP and supply chain laws in Spain, reviewing processes, monitoring 3PL KPIs, and updating SOPs as needed.
Financial and Tender Management: Calculate and manage rebates, distribution costs, and supply chain budgets, while developing public tender dossiers and managing the recall process. Qualifications Finance or Technical University degree 3+ years of Supply Chain experience, ideally in the international pharmaceutical industry Strong quantitative and analytical skills, with the ability to link data from multiple sources Strong project management skills, with expertise in planning, execution, and follow-up Excellent communication, customer orientation, and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships Ability to anticipate problems and roadblocks to prevent crisis situations Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and ERP systems (e.g., SAP), especially in the logistics module Solid understanding of supply chain processes, GDP, and pharmaceutical regulatory/quality requirements Fluent in English and Spanish Working at Novo Nordisk At Novo Nordisk, we don’t wait for change.
