Financial Performance and Analysis:
- Conduct regular financial analysis and reporting on property performance.
- Monitor revenue streams, operating expenses, and profitability.
- Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial models.
- Identify and implement cost-saving initiatives and revenue enhancement strategies.
- Operational Oversight:
- Collaborate with hotel management teams to ensure optimal property performance.
- Review and approve capital expenditure projects.
- Monitor compliance with brand standards, legal regulations, and safety protocols.
- Conduct property visits and inspections to ensure high standards of maintenance and operations.
- Strategic Planning and Execution:
- Develop and implement asset management strategies to maximize property value.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive positioning.
- Assist in the acquisition, disposition, and refinancing of properties.
- Analyze market conditions and recommend strategic decisions related to asset portfolio.
- Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Liaise with property owners, investors, and financial institutions.
- Prepare and present detailed reports and performance updates to stakeholders.
- Coordinate with legal, accounting, and other professional services as needed.
- Foster strong relationships with brand representatives and franchise partners.
- Risk Management:
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Ensure properties comply with insurance requirements and manage claims as necessary.
- Oversee risk management policies and procedures across the portfolio. Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Real Estate, Hospitality Management, or a related field. A master’s degree or professional certification (e.g., CFA, CPA) is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience, desirable in asset management, real estate, or hospitality industry.
- Strong financial acumen with experience in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Excellent understanding of hotel operations and revenue management.
- Proficiency in financial modeling and analysis tools (e.g., Excel, property management software).
- Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- International Mobility (EMEA) and ability to travel frequently for property visits and stakeholder meetings.
- Experience with hotel brand management and franchising.
- Knowledge of real estate market trends and economic factors affecting the hospitality industry.
- Proficiency in property management systems and software (e.g., Opera, Delphi).
- Proficiency in English and desirable Spanish.
