Financial Performance and Analysis:
  • Conduct regular financial analysis and reporting on property performance.
  • Monitor revenue streams, operating expenses, and profitability.
  • Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial models.
  • Identify and implement cost-saving initiatives and revenue enhancement strategies.
  1. Operational Oversight:
  • Collaborate with hotel management teams to ensure optimal property performance.
  • Review and approve capital expenditure projects.
  • Monitor compliance with brand standards, legal regulations, and safety protocols.
  • Conduct property visits and inspections to ensure high standards of maintenance and operations.
  1. Strategic Planning and Execution:
  • Develop and implement asset management strategies to maximize property value.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive positioning.
  • Assist in the acquisition, disposition, and refinancing of properties.
  • Analyze market conditions and recommend strategic decisions related to asset portfolio.
  1. Stakeholder Collaboration:
  • Liaise with property owners, investors, and financial institutions.
  • Prepare and present detailed reports and performance updates to stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with legal, accounting, and other professional services as needed.
  • Foster strong relationships with brand representatives and franchise partners.
  1. Risk Management:
  • Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Ensure properties comply with insurance requirements and manage claims as necessary.
  • Oversee risk management policies and procedures across the portfolio. Profile
  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, Real Estate, Hospitality Management, or a related field. A master’s degree or professional certification (e.g., CFA, CPA) is a plus.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience, desirable in asset management, real estate, or hospitality industry.
  • Strong financial acumen with experience in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Excellent understanding of hotel operations and revenue management.
  • Proficiency in financial modeling and analysis tools (e.g., Excel, property management software).
  • Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • International Mobility (EMEA) and ability to travel frequently for property visits and stakeholder meetings.
Preferred skills
  • Experience with hotel brand management and franchising.
  • Knowledge of real estate market trends and economic factors affecting the hospitality industry.
  • Proficiency in property management systems and software (e.g., Opera, Delphi).
  • Proficiency in English and desirable Spanish.
