BAT Iberia is looking for a new account executive who will be responsible for growing our distribution channels. If you are target driven, have sales and account management experience then this could be the perfect role for you. Your key responsibilities will include:New business to secure new clients and FMCG groupsBudget control with suppliers and orders managementPresent in different forums activities, post implementation reviews, tactic plansEnsure data base is update and align company requirementsAlignment with other departments as Brand, Trade, Activation, Supply in order to ensure new product launches, migrations or brand code updatesComply and implement activities in accordance with the rules of laws and regulations relating to environmental protection, safety at work and fire protection, and internal EHS standards and procedures BAT groupWhat are we looking for?
At least 3 years’ experience in a new business and key accounts role FMCG company that has incorporated a trade channel and account management approach.User knowledge of content editing skills: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, and also CRM: PowerBI, Sales ForceGood communication skills, effective negotiation skills, critical and analytical thinkingProblem solving and making things happen, proactive, team workingAnalytical capacity, pressure management, independent with decision makingStrategic vision, responsible, best in class executionEducation / Qualifications / Certifications RequiredUniversity degreeMaster's degree will be valued positivelyLevel of English (both oral and written) = B2-C1BENEFICIALWork experience during student liveExperience in field force in other companiesWhat we offer you?- We offer a market leading annual performance bonus (subject to eligibility)
