Human Resources Internship - Practicas en Recursos Humanos
We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven Human resources trainee to join our HR department. The ideal candidate has good Spanish and English skills, and a genuine passion for people and hospitality. You will support the Human Resources Department in the day-to-day HR processes with a focus in internal communication, documents and contracts, training, engagement activities.
Period available: from February to August
What you will do- Helping with Belmond policies, processes and procedures, so to be compliant with local law
- Helping the HR team with administration daily tasks
- Promoting events and property news internally
- Coordinating new hire orientations, ensuring our new joiners have a smooth start
- Assisting with training and development activities, such as managing mandatory employee trainings in class and online
- Assisting in organizing any company social activities
- Fluent in Spanish and advanced in English
- Passionate about people and talent development
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Computer literacy should include Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point
- Team working and interpersonal skills
- Ability to learn quickly
- Adaptability
- Emotional intelligence
- Interest in social media management
- In order to be eligible, you must be a current student and a citizen of one of the member states of the European Union
