Freelance Human Resource Generalist (m/f/d) Spain Contract - Barcelona - ref. h0725315

Please note that this is an Interim Contract/Freelance role (ideally in fulltime i.e. 40hrs, but can be negotiable) and can only be performed within Spain.

You will:

• Be the go-to person for all HR matters, from contracts and absences to health issues, onboarding, exit interviews, and maintaining employee data in HR systems.
• Ensure HR processes run smoothly and drive their ongoing improvement.
• Support the monthly payroll process
• Coordinate the Recruiting in Spain and ensure smooth onboarding processes

Your profile:

• Strong experience in operational HR (generalist role) in Spain
• A solid understanding of Spanish labor law, payroll tax, and social security regulations.
• Advanced MS Office skills.
• Fluency in both Spanish and English.
• Ideally, you bring further market experience (Germany, Netherlands, or Italy) with you and can support our other colleagues in the relevant countries.
