¿Qué harás en tu nuevo puesto?
  • Serving as a subject matter expert and evangelist, delivering high-quality presentations and workshops to clients, including Developers, Architects, IT managers, and CxO's.
  • Acting as a complex deal coach and/or executive sponsor on key opportunities.
  • Collaborating closely with the sales team to create compelling proposals and solutions tailored to customer needs.
  • Working with internal support partners to ensure effective coordination and communication throughout the sales process.
  • Developing technical sales capabilities and competencies with partners to promote the adoption of (Our product) solutions.
  • Building a new business sales pipeline of high-value accounts to exceed acquisition and output goals.
  • Presenting and negotiating with Executive Leadership, both internally and externally.
  • Meeting sales targets through a solutions-focused approach, always prioritizing customer needs.
  • Experience of using sales opportunity qualification tools such MEDDPICC.
¿A quién buscamos (H/M/D)?
  • Hunter profile.
  • 8+ years of sales experience in the enterprise software industry.
  • Executive-level selling experience and consultative selling capabilities.
  • Exceptional presentation skills for delivering executive-level and value-based presentations.
  • Strong ability to understand and articulate solutions based on the portfolio.
  • Proven track record of generating new business and developing long-term partnerships.
  • Familiarity with competitive technologies (e.g., MS PowerApps, Mendix, Outsystems, Appian, ServiceNow, Liferay, Sitecore, Adobe Experience Manager) and their market positioning.
  • This role requires collaboration with local customers, therefore fluency in Spanish and English language is required.
  • Excellent communication skills, including the ability to communicate effectively with C-level executives.

Valuable:

  • Experience with Low-Code/No-Code development platforms is preferred.
  • Proficiency in web development using JavaScript frameworks (React, Angular, etc.), CSS, and HTML4/5 is advantageous.
  • Experience developing and deploying production mobile applications using iOS, Android, or cross-platform technologies (e.g., Cordova/PhoneGap, Xamarin, React Native) is a plus.
