• Design and implement SAP QM solutions adhering to the latest technology and best practices.
• Ensure the integrity of the Global Template maintaining alignment with approved requirements.
• Collect analyze and document business requirements translating them into technical solutions.
• Validate and review technical solutions and functional design documents.
• Facilitate change management processes preparing proposals for approval in Change Control Board meetings.
• Lead mentor and provide guidance to functional consultants on implementation testing training and go-live support.
• Collaborate with global Business Process Owners and Template Solution Architects across Europe providing playback sessions to business users.
• Ensure project solutions are delivered within the agreed scope during implementation phases.

• Over five years of hands-on SAP project experience with expertise in SAP QM.
• Proven success in enterprise-level SAP projects utilizing waterfall and SAP Activate methodologies.
• In-depth knowledge of SAP modules architecture and configuration including workflows and security controls.
• Experience designing SAP software components and integrating SAP with other business systems.
• Understanding of environment management release management and Agile project methodologies.
• Background in manufacturing industries desirable.
• Strong experience in people management and mentoring project teams.
• Technical skills ABAP Debugging iDocs/EDI integration and Office 365 proficiency.
• Fluent in English with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to travel and a valid driver s license.
