- Manage candidate databases and ensure accurate record-keeping
- Collaborate with recruitment teams to streamline processes and improve outcomes
- Stay informed about market trends and industry developments to give clients a competitive edge
- Fluency in German (spoken and written) is essential
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
