Primary Responsibilities Include- Ensure coordination of daily operations and apply service standards in the workplace in accordance with the company's guidelines.
- Maintain a polite, courteous, and genuine demeanor with customers.
- Manage complaints and lead teams.
Requirements
What You Bring:
- Experience providing exceptional customer service, handling food and beverages, and working a fast-paced environment.
- Friendly and attentive demeanor; ability to answer questions, provide recommendations, and ensure a positive dining experience for guests.
- Strong communications skills to interact with guests, take orders accurately and communication with the kitchen and other staff members.
- Promote, comply with, and enforce service standards set by the company or their supervisor.
- Assist in carrying out the administrative tasks of the assigned department, such as contributing to the preparation of inventory, departmental notes, and internal orders, among others.
Requirements:
- Degree in tourism, administration, or equivalent
- English and spanish high level.
- Management of bars and restaurants
- Knowledge of wines and distilled sprits.
- Reservation engines.
