KPMG is currently seeking a Managing Director to join our Global Mobility Services (GMS) - Health & Welfare practice.Responsibilities:Play a key role in developing our Compensation and Benefits tax practice by working with clients on all tax aspects of employee benefit plans and arrangements, executive compensation and qualified plan design and complianceDevelop and review the tax technical aspects of employee benefit plans and arrangements, including qualified plan complianceBuild, manage, direct, and monitor multiple client engagements teams while maintaining active communication with clients in an effort to manage expectations and help ensure client satisfactionLead, participate in and contribute to market and business development activities external to the firm, including identifying and pursuing new potential client service opportunities by collaborating with KPMG's Audit and Advisory practicesContribute to the growth, experience and institutional knowledge of the Compensation and Benefits tax practice staff level team members Qualifications:Minimum twelve years of recent compensation and benefit tax experienceBachelors degree from an accredited college/university and licensed CPA, JD/LLM or Enrolled Agent or completion of an advanced degree (MBA, MS) or certain professional designations such as CBP (Certified Benefits Professional), CCP (Certified Compensation Professional), CEBS (Certified Employee Benefits Specialist, CPP (Certified Payroll Professional), ASOA (Associate of the Society of Actuaries), ENR ACT (Enrolled Actuary), FSA (Fellow of the Society of Actuaries), GPHR (Global Professional in HR), PHR (Professional in HR), SPHR (Senior Professional in HR), or SGMS (Senior Global Mobility Specialist)Demonstrated track record of business development with the ability to develop and maintain existing internal and external client relationships and help build new relationships with key targetsExperience leading multiple engagements and client service teams as well as developing and mentoring staff within a collaborative team environmentExcellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to evaluate and articulate complex informationKPMG complies with all local/state regulations regarding displaying salary ranges.

Depending on job classification, standard work hours, and years of service, KPMG provides Personal Time Off per fiscal year.
