Social Media Manager BCN/MAD

At Rocket Digital we are looking for a Social Media Manager to join the Social Media Team.

In coordination with the team, the Social Media Manager will be in charge of proposing and developing the editorial calendars of the different clients, proposing new content ideas that generate engagement with followers.

Working with the design team, he/she will be in charge of creating the content proposed in the calendar. The Social Media Manager will prepare the reports with the results in social media and extract the different insights.

• Editorial Calendars: Develop and coordinate specific editorial calendars for different clients, ensuring alignment with the established strategy.
• Performance Analysis: Review daily, weekly, and monthly metrics and report on campaign performance.
• Budget Management and Post-boosting: Develop the post-boosting plan based on performance while monitoring the available budget.
• Report results on key metrics of community growth, engagement, social listening and social reputation.
• Influencer Management and Briefing: Liaise with external agencies, providing briefs and ensuring collaborations are aligned with the brand strategy.
• Client Contact: Act as the point of contact between the client and the internal team, managing change requests and updates.
• Collaborate with internal and external teams to organize social media campaigns in alignment with client’s goals

• You have 2-3 years of experience in the Social Media field in similar positions.
• You have studied a degree in Advertising and PR or Journalism. Master's Degree in Social Media, Digital, etc. is a plus.
• You are passionate about social networks, creating content that connects with people and social communication. And you know their trends.
• You are a native speaker of the main social networks (Instagram, TikTok, Linkedin), and you have experience in creating content.
• You are a person who has a strong aesthetic sense, and you are able to adapt it to social media.
• You have the ability to analyze and interpret results from reports and apply those insights to future actions.
• You have experience in copywriting and you enjoy doing it.
• You are an organized person who takes care of the details.
• You are a team player
• You are a persuasive and confident communicator.
• You know what we are talking about if we tell you: Hootsuite, Buffer, Mention, Metricool, Social Gest or Brandwatch.
