This role involves using advanced analytics and predictive modeling to provide actionable insights that enhance customer experience and improve business performance.Job ResponsabilitiesYour role will be:Leading and managing analytics projects, ensuring collaboration between business teams and the BI team.Translating business challenges into data-driven strategies and solutions.Working closely with BI to integrate and qualify both online and offline data sources.Creating dashboards and visualizations to track business performance and inform strategies.Collaborating with teams across CRM, Retail, and Marketing to prioritize analytics initiatives.ProfileWhat is important for the role:Previous experience: Experience in analytics, preferably with exposure to cross-functional projects.
Experience in the luxury or retail industry is a plus.Soft skills: Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with diverse teams.
