JOB OVERVIEW
We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Social Media Account Manager to join our dynamic team at Lateral Thinking.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing digital accounts and providing an excellent service to our clients.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background working at an advertising agency and a passion for the digital environment.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS- Account Management and Coordination: Proficiency in managing and coordinating accounts and projects effectively.
- Social Media Expertise: In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, particularly TikTok and Instagram.
- Native English Proficiency: Excellent command of English, with native-level fluency.
- Professional Spanish Proficiency: Strong professional-level proficiency in Spanish.
- Copywriting: Skilled in creating engaging and effective content for various social media platforms.
- Budget Management: Experience in overseeing and controlling budgets.
- Editing Tools Knowledge: Familiarity with image and video editing tools (e.g., Photoshop, Canva).
- Digital Tools Management: Competence in using digital tools such as email, Google Drive, and Teamwork.
- Experience: Minimum of two years in a similar role.
- Cross-functional Partnership: Ability to collaborate with diverse teams to ensure alignment and smooth operations.
- Project Planning: Proficiency in planning, organizing, and executing complex projects.
- Operational Excellence: Strong focus on standardization and process improvement to avoid errors.
- Product Knowledge: Understanding of social media tools, trends, and platform-specific features.
- International Project Coordination: Oversee and align content plans with broader seasonal strategies.
- Social Media Account Coordination: Oversee the day-to-day management of social media accounts.
- Freelancer and Vendor Management: Coordinate and supervise freelancers and external providers.
- Copywriting: Create compelling, grammatically accurate content in English.
- Communication Plans: Develop comprehensive communication strategies.
- Influencer Management: Identify, engage, and manage relationships with influencers.
- Monthly Reporting: Prepare detailed reports, including insights on KPIs and metrics specific to each platform.
- Reels and TikTok Content: Plan, record, edit, and publish short-form video content.
- Posting and Community Management: Handle posting schedules and interact with the online community.
- Content Standardization and Quality Assurance: Standardized and review files to prevent bugs or incorrect settings before handovers.
