If you’re interested in joining a rapidly growing team working to build a unique, world-class advertising group with a relentless focus on the customer, and the chance to shape what flexibility means in the current corporate environment, you’ve come to the right place.Key job responsibilitiesAs a Manager on the Adapt team, you will report to an Adapt Global Sales Manager and use your strong management skills and 10+ years’ experience selling digital advertising solutions to coach, retain and motivate a senior sales team that works with C-Level clients and their ad agencies to successfully drive revenue targets.
With each rotation, you will assume management responsibilities of the team by partnering with the permanent manager and Vertical Director you’re supporting and operations team to structure partnership for success, and cross-pollinate learnings you gain managing multiple teams in various verticals.With each assignment, you will employ your dual strategic / tactical approach to determine short and long-range revenue plans per property, vertical, account, territory, and Account Executive with a focus on increasing the team’s overall sales performance.
