Optimize inventory management, improve service levels, and control costs in alignment with budget and forecast.* Operational Performance & Excellence: Manage and improve the performance of the warehouse.* Customer-Centric Logistics: Foster a customer-first approach in logistics operations by developing strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Enhance service levels through optimized distribution, storage, and replenishment strategies.* Process Optimization & Compliance: Standardize logistics processes to enhance efficiency and maintain compliance with ISO 9001 and ISO 15001 standards.* Financial & Budgetary Control: Manage the logistics budget, optimizing cost efficiencies while maintaining service excellence.

Ensure effective resource allocation and provide detailed cost justifications for key investments and initiatives.* Team Leadership & Talent Development: Lead and develop a multi-team warehouse workforce. Recruit, mentor, and engage the team daily.Your profile:* Bachelors or master university degree (prefible in Engineering or Logitics).* Fluent in Spanish and English.* 10 years of experience in operations: logistics or supply chain or customer service.* Minimum 7 years of experience as people manager.* Minimum of 3 years of experience applying Lean methodologies in an operational environment.Travel Percentage: 30%
