Executive Assistant With Native Level of German

Description:

Are you a native or bilingual German speaker? Are you interested in working for a leading company in the sector?

On a daily basis:

• You will do contract review, order processing and order entry in CRM systems.
• You will check expense reports of employees assigned to sales management.
• You will register and organize the team of new employees, as well as terminate and cancel the hiring of outgoing employees.
• You will perform general administrative duties (general correspondence, invoice verification, mail processing, brochure ordering, parts ordering, etc.),

• You will perform other activities in support of assigned sales management (e.g., report preparation, research activities, etc.).
• You will communicate to the superior all important findings related to personnel, market, customers, competition, pricing, products or performance within the scope of the area of responsibility.
• You will support the sales manager.

Requirements:

You are the ideal candidate if:

• You have native or bilingual level in German.
• You have previously worked in a similar role (1 or 2 years).
• You have a good command of Excel.
• You are an organized person.
