We’re currently looking for a talented Motion Designer with 3D Packaging skills to join our dynamic team.

This role requires a balance between creative storytelling through motion design and technical skills in 3D modeling for product presentations and packaging visualization.

Responsibilities:

Motion Design:

• Create dynamic and visually appealing motion graphics for digital content, including videos, animations, and social media assets.
• Collaborate with the creative team to develop concepts and execute animations for marketing campaigns, brand videos, and interactive content.
• Work on the creation of title sequences, transitions, lower thirds, and other motion-based elements for multimedia presentations.
• Implement feedback quickly and efficiently, ensuring that final motion graphics meet both creative and technical standards.

3D Mockups & Packaging Visualization:

• Design realistic and visually impressive 3D mockups of product packaging using Cinema 4D.
• Develop high-fidelity, photorealistic product renders to be used in, advertising, social media and product design approvals.
• Create packaging designs that highlight materials, textures, finishes, and branding, ensuring consistency across various product lines.
• Collaborate with product designers, marketers, and external clients to ensure 3D mockups align with design specifications and branding guidelines.
• Utilize Cinema 4D to model, texture, and render 3D packaging concepts.
• Create high-quality motion graphics to demonstrate packaging design concepts.
• Collaborate with designers to ensure the packaging design meets both aesthetic and functional requirements.
• Stay updated on design trends, materials, and innovations in packaging to propose forward-thinking solutions.
• Develop and present design proposals with 3D and motion-graphic animations to internal teams and clients.
• Revise designs based on feedback, ensuring that final deliverables are in line with the brand’s visual identity and guidelines.
• Ensure all designs meet technical and production requirements.

Experience:

• Minimum of 3+ years of experience in motion design and 3D modeling.
• Proven expertise in Cinema 4D for creating realistic 3D product packaging and motion design.
• A portfolio showcasing a range of motion graphics, animations, and 3D product renders (preferably packaging-related).

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in Cinema 4D and other 3D modeling software such as Blender or Maya.
• Expertise in Adobe After Effects, Photoshop, and Illustrator for motion and graphic design.
• Strong knowledge of lighting, texturing, and rendering in a 3D environment.
• Familiarity with creating realistic textures for product packaging (e.g., glass, plastic, metal, paper).

Creative Skills:

• Strong visual storytelling skills, with the ability to conceptualize and execute creative motion graphics.
• Eye for detail, especially when it comes to product packaging aesthetics.
• Knowledge of current trends in motion design, 3D modeling, and packaging design.

Soft Skills:

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• English (highly recommended)
• Any other language is a plus.
