• Support the full executive search cycle, assisting in all phases of the selection process.
• Conduct industry, company, and position research to gather key market insights.
• Participate in client meetings to define role requirements and search strategies.
• Identify, source, and pre-screen potential candidates through various headhunting techniques.
• Conduct initial interviews to assess candidates' experience, skills, and competencies.
• Provide administrative support, including interview coordination between clients and candidates.
• Maintain and update candidate databases, reports, and search documentation.

• Previous experience in executive search, recruitment, or market research is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to gather, interpret, and synthesize information.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with senior-level professionals.
• High level of organization and attention to detail, ensuring efficient process management.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in English and Spanish; additional languages are a plus.
• Proficiency in MS Office and recruitment tools/databases.
