eCommerce Data Analyst

THE ROLE

• Support and maintain our electronic business (eBusiness) platforms, including EDI (Electronic Data Interchange), Supplier Portals, SunSupportOnline, Order Automation, and other various eBusiness solutions
• Facilitate requests for eCommerce accessibility and maintain accurate data for effective usage of all eBusiness platforms
• Monitor various e-business platforms daily, provide user support, and manage exceptions due to technical failures
• Act as a liaison with internal functional areas to onboard eBusiness opportunities and actively support implementation
• Identify potential issues and work proactively to resolve them

• Degree in a business- or IT related field or equivalent experience is preferred
• 2-3 years’ experience in a Business-to-Business environment with a proven track record of servicing internal and external customers
• Experience with B2B Websites, Supplier Portals, and EDI is helpful, but not required
• Proficient Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Problem solving skills are required to troubleshoot potential issues without immediate guidance
• Very good communication skills in English
