In our Global Supply Chain Analytics and Digital Solutions (GSC ADS) organization you will be a leader in the Procurement Analytics group for multiple sourcing categories (Indirect, Logistics, Chemicals, Equipment or Packaging). Your role will drive the change and bring new capabilities to the organization.
We look for the perfect blend of business acumen and technical skills that will drive us to accelerate the Total Delivered Cost (TDC) sourcing process. You will collaborate with Global Procurement leaders, other supply chain functions, and business units to implement capabilities, new reporting and analytics to identify savings opportunities in procurement across the enterprise.Candidates must have a passion for systems, data, operational reporting & advanced analytics.

What Will You Do:
- Develop and implement a global strategy for analytics across multiple procurement spend categories
- Deliver data analytics projects to enhance procurement capabilities
- Serve as the product owner for a portfolio of analytical products ensuring their evolution supports end users and improves speed to decisions
- Provide insights on savings opportunities and market dynamics
- Refine the process and lead execution of competitive sourcing events
- Recommend solutions to business problems
- Prepare presentations for executive leadership
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
- Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Continuously improve procurement processes
- Lead and develop a high preforming team of direct/indirect employees across multiple geographies
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 5+ years in Procurement, Analytics, Supply Chain, or Business Intelligence
- 2+ years leading a team
- Experience with e Sourcing tools (e.g., Jaggaer, SMART by GEP, Coupa)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications:
- Degree in a technical field or Advanced degree
- Experience with BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
- Project management skills (certification a plus)
- Proven ability to improve processes and lead cross-functional teams
- Strong business acumen in procurement analysis and forecasting
- Experience managing and delivering multiple projects, tasks, and initiatives simultaneously
