Teamlead HSQE Iberia (all genders)

This role involves ensuring compliance with regulations, enhancing processes, and driving continuous improvement across the region.

• Lead the HSQE team in Iberia, fostering collaboration and driving regional QHSE initiatives.
• Deploy and maintain the HSQE management system, ensuring compliance with Group policies, standards, and regulations.
• Coordinate regulatory monitoring, certifications, and internal audits while supporting operational teams.
• Manage accidents, non-conformities, and supplier evaluation processes, driving effective resolutions and improvements.
• Facilitate customer satisfaction monitoring and analysis, implementing improvement initiatives based on feedback.
• Lead performance evaluation efforts, including updating process indicators and developing corrective action plans.
• Collaborate with managers and process leads to foster a culture of continuous improvement and employee engagement.

• Bachelor's or master's degree in environmental science or management, Health & Safety or similiar.
• Proven experience managing ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001 management systems, with expertise in environment and health systems.
• At least 5 years of experience in QHSE roles within renewable energy, construction, infrastructure, or heavy industry sectors.
• Fluency in Spanish and English; Portuguese is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of developing and implementing ISO management systems, including taking them from inception to certification.
