Our mission is to support clients in building augmented digital engagements, benefiting their customers, partners, and employees, while driving continuous value and innovation.You will get the chance to:Solution Ownership & Delivery: Led the Salesforce Studio go-to-market strategy in Financial Services for Spain.Act as the lead solution owner for our Salesforce offerings, managing projects across the Salesforce stack (CRM, Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud, Tableau, Slack, etc.).Oversee staffing and resource allocation to ensure Salesforce projects are delivered on time and meet client expectations.Engage directly with clients to understand their needs, offering customized Salesforce solutions that drive impactful outcomes.Customer-Focused Business Development: Serve as a trusted advisor for clients during pre-sales and sales stages, positioning our Salesforce capabilities as integral to their business growth.Lead efforts in identifying and cultivating farm opportunities to deepen client relationships.Partner with sales teams to develop tailored solutions that align with client objectives and industry demands.Portfolio Growth and Go-to-market Strategy: Contribute to the go-to-market strategies to drive the growth of our Salesforce practice within Spain in Financial Services industry.Collaborate with the VP of Tech, Managing Director, VP of Delivery for the portfolio, and the SVP of Globant Europe Enterprise Business Network to coordinate Salesforce sales strategies.Bring innovative ideas and solutions to enhance our Salesforce offerings, ensuring our services meet evolving market needs.Team Collaboration & Leadership: Work as part of the VP of Tech team, contributing to strategic initiatives and aligning with broader organizational goals.Lead by example, fostering a collaborative environment within the Salesforce Studio and mentoring team members across Salesforce projects.Promote cross-functional collaboration, leveraging insights from other Globant Studios, such as Agile Delivery, Business Hacking, and Process Optimization, to enhance project outcomes.What will help you succeed:Fluent in Spanish and English, with excellent communication skills to engage with clients effectively.Extensive experience in Salesforce solutions, with certifications in Salesforce (preferred).Proven success in Salesforce presales, sales, and solution delivery, with a customer-centric approach.Strong leadership skills with experience in managing teams, staffing for projects, and motivating colleagues.Ability to work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to achieve business objectives.Skilled in developing and executing growth strategies within the Salesforce ecosystem, with a strong understanding of the Spanish market.If you want to know more about our benefits and perks click here.
