And if you also know how to deliver exceptional content over multiple social channels, for goodness' sake, stop reading and hit the link below to apply!What you'll be doing* Developing and executing a comprehensive global social media strategy aligned with Revolut's business goals and brand voice* Leading and mentoring a team of social media managers* Leading the team to Identify all the approachable and hottest social media resources relevant to our global audience* Identifying key social media trends, platforms, and opportunities to expand our reach and engagement* Collaborating with the marketing, PR, and product teams to align social media efforts with broader marketing campaigns and product launches* Boosting organic growth by bringing creative strategies on the table* Growing profiles on social media, including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Twitter, LinkedIn & Facebook* Managing social media content and tracking performance on daily basis* Working together with copywriters, designers, and product teams to ensure high-quality content creation* Preparing seasonal, weekly, and monthly reports, and monitoring progress* Leading the response to social media crises and reputation management issues, ensuring timely and appropriate communication* Working closely with the customer support team to address and resolve customer complaints on social media platformsWhat you'll need* 5+ years of social media management experience, including 3-4 years of leading high-performing, global social media teams* Proven track record of scaling social media followers across a variety of channels, with a focus on driving engagement and growth in competitive markets* Proven track record of managing social media for a global brand* Experience managing social media for established global brands, ideally in fintech, technology, or similarly regulated industries* Expert-level proficiency in social media listening, tracking, and analytics tools (e.g., Sprout) to drive data-driven strategies and optimise content performance* Demonstrated ability to lead and develop teams across multiple regions* Experience leading and developing high-performing teams across multiple regions* Advanced knowledge and experience in social media listening and trackingBuilding a global financial super app isn't enough.
