Workload: 100%As an Operational Risk Expert, you will be responsible for supporting operational risk management processes within the division and working closely with the central T&S Operational Risk Management team. You will play a key role in ensuring operational risks are identified, assessed, and mitigated, while fostering a strong risk culture in the division.What you will do:Advise the division on operational risk matters and internal controlsCoordinate and facilitate operational risk assessment processes and workshopsIdentify risk factors and monitor mitigating actionsReport operational risk events and analyze root causesBuild trusted relationships with internal stakeholdersContribute to strengthening the operational risk management cultureWhat you bring & who you are:Experience in risk management, especially operational riskStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to build and maintain relationships with various stakeholdersFamiliarity with risk assessment and control processesExcellent communication skills, both verbal and writtenProactive and solution-oriented mindsetAbout the team:You will join a highly collaborative and supportive team that values knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
