Core to this role is to be able to analyze business requirements and keep a good client focus. Daily tasks will be in writing customer specific features, creation and maintaining configuration scripts. This role requires strong skills in Microsoft SQL.The Senior Implementation Consultant (Data Migrations) will be working closely with the implementation team which is responsible for implementing new clients and servicing existing clients.
The role will also include building close relationship with the software development team, which is responsible for the development of the product. This is accomplished by continually learning new technology and establishing and maintaining strong, long-lasting relationships with our customers.
Thorough understanding of databases and business process mapping is expected. In this role you must be able to work with implementation consultants (end users) to analyze, document and make recommendations on business processes.About You – experience, education, skills, and accomplishments7+ years’ experience in Microsoft SQLGood communication skills in English (spoken & written).Strong focus on quality and service. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

This includes databases, web services and integration software.Anticipate problems and provide solutions.Take ownership of software defect tracking through documenting ‘bugs’, researching issues, validating fixes and communicating results.Transfer knowledge of business processes, suggest improvements and requirements to other co-workersProvide timely and accurate reports that adhere to standards on project status to stakeholders.Follow a thorough quality assurance process through the various phases of testing – including system testing.
