Responsibilities- Respond to customer inquiries in Spanish via phone, email, and chat
- Provide information about products, services, and company policies
- Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively and efficiently
- Document all customer interactions accurately in our systems
- Collaborate with team members to optimize service delivery
- Assist in training new staff members on customer service protocols
- Engage in continuous learning and improvement of service skills
- Fluent in Spanish, both spoken and written
- Experience in customer service or a relevant field
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a high-pressure environment
- Familiarity with CRM systems and other customer service tools preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualification in communication or related fields is a plus
- A willingness to relocate to Greece and adapt to a new culture
