• Fluent in Spanish, both spoken and written
• Experience in customer service or a relevant field
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a high-pressure environment
• Familiarity with CRM systems and other customer service tools preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualification in communication or related fields is a plus
