Do you want to work on a startup environment, on a lab backed by one of the biggest companies in the world, designing and developing cool products?We are looking for a great Senior UI/UX Designer to join our team in Barcelona.
The role
This is an open and creative role. You are expected to contribute to all phases of product design and development. Responsibilities will include:
- Working through customer problems from start to finish
- In-depth knowledge of the users and customers meanings
- Ensuring that what you’ve designed is built to the highest standard
- Definition of use cases, information architecture and user flows
- Product vision
- Agile mindset
- Elaboration of wireframes and prototypes
- User interface design following the diferent Design Systems of our portfolio
- Elaboration of Guidelines for different products
- Close collaboration with Product and Development teams
- Research, benchmarks and testing with real users
- Clear communication and know how to deliver the designs to the development team

Minimum requirements
This role is for you if you have good experience in the following areas:
- Solid experience on digital design (web, app, saas…)
- Knowledge of iOS and Android design guidelines
- Knowledge of working with a Design System
- Knowledge of Figma and prototyping
- Fluent in English and/or Spanish
- We are not seeking for unicorns, but if you have one of those will be a plus:
- Interaction design and animations
- Knowledge of CSS and HTML 5
