SAP Project Manager (f/m/d)

Please upload your documents in English.How you'll make an impact* Lead and manage SAP projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget* Develop project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation* Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, operations, and business units* Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies* Communicate project status, updates, and issues to stakeholders and senior management* Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.* Foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment* Utilize project management tools and methodologies to track and report on project performance* Provide expertise in SAP functional and technical areas, including SAP modules such as FI/CO, MM, SD, PP, and others preferably in S4AHANA projects* Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the SAP CoEYour background* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.

A master's degree is a plus* PMP, PRINCE2, or similar project management certification is preferred* Minimum of 8 years of experience in IT project management, with a focus on SAP projects* Proven experience managing SAP projects in a hybrid work environment* Strong understanding of SAP functional and technical areas, including configuration, customization, and integration* Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.* Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively* Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, JIRA, ServiceNow)* Willingness to travel up to 20% of the time
