Your mission within Kantox- Assist in daily Salesforce administration tasks, including user management, data maintenance, and security management.
- Support the Salesforce team in configuring and maintaining advanced flows, validation rules, email templates and other process automation.
- Collaborate with departments to gather requirements and provide Salesforce solutions to meet business needs.
- Assist in data migration, report generation, and dashboard creation.
- Troubleshoot and resolve basic Salesforce issues for end users.
- Participate in Salesforce projects, contributing to enhancements and system optimization.
- Stay up-to-date with Salesforce releases and best practices.
- Education: Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Preferred but not must have: Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM 201).
- Platform Knowledge: Understanding of the Salesforce platform, including standard objects, data modeling, user management, and security.
- Skills: Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities, with a proactive approach to learning and improving.
- Teamwork & Communication: Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset for effective teamwork.
- Bonus Skills: Basic knowledge of Apex, Visualforce, or Lightning is a plus, but not mandatory.
