Compensation and Benefits Package: It includes a company bonus plan, pension, employee stock program, and multiple employee discounts (details vary by location).What will make you succeed in this position?Degree in Informatics, Information technology, Mathematics, related areas or comparable work experienceExcellent English skills both written and spoken fluentlyAt least 5 years of working in the field of software engineering/developmentExperience working with modern IGA software preferably One Identity, SailPoint, Salesforce, ForgeRock or similarIn-depth knowledge of software development tool sets and languages (.NET, VB.NET or similar like Java, C++)Relational databases and query languages (Microsoft SQL Server, T-SQL)Preferably experience with modern web application frameworks (Angular, React, Vue.js or similar)Experience with performance optimization of applications and databasesKnowledge of API development (REST or SOAP)Operating systems (Windows, Linux servers)Software testingExperience working with agile software methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)Experience in IAM with strong knowledge of IAM concepts, processes and understanding of security, risks, and governance is a plusTechnical expertise and interest in IT security, Identity and Access Management and related fields of technology, and open to new trends and technologiesProven track record of the ability to create proper documentation and being capable of transfering knowledge in an enterprise scaled, international environmentCompetence to manage tasks in demanding and unfamiliar situations with problem solving skills based on practice and precedentAbility to cooperate efficiently with clients, working in cross-functional teams as well as willingness to support new team membersExperience with incident analysis/handling with a close contact to architects, business analysts, engineers and customersYour mission in the role will be:Being responsible for developing our One Identity Manager (1IM) software and setting up technical solutions regarding IAM services and their integration in our existing solutionsBeing in close alignment with the IAM architects and product owners when defining service changes and new demandsSolution design, implementation, testing, documentation, deployment, configuration and maintenance in an agile DevOps approach together with other software and application engineersAbout Allianz TechnologyAllianz Technology is the global IT service provider for Allianz and delivers IT solutions that drive the digitalization of the Group.
