PROJECT MANAGER

Future Fibres is the market leader in composite rigging products for yachting. As part of the North Technology Group, we are at the forefront of

technology in the performance marine industry.

We are looking for an enthusiastic Project Manager to ensure customer satisfaction and successful operations. The project manager is responsi-

ble for receiving and managing orders/projects of technical composite parts from the sales team and ensuring they are designed, manufactured, and delivered to the customer on time, in budget, and to the correct quality level through the different departments in the business.

RESPONSABILITIES
  • Managing a variety of projects.
  • Coordinating internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
  • Ensuring that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.
  • Managing the relationship with the client and all stakeholders.
  • Ensuring resource availability and allocation.
  • Developing a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress.
  • Managing changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs.
  • Reporting and escalating quality, resource, time, and cost status to management as needed.
  • Performing risk management to minimize project risks.
  • Creating and maintaining comprehensive project documentation.
REQUIREMENTS
  • Engineering experience in production, design, or a technical field and/or working experience in project man
agement in a technical sector.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication English skills.
  • Working knowledge of CAD.
  • Great interpersonal skills, needing to motivate and maintain relationships in varying circumstances.
  • Independent, pro-active, problem solver, and innovative.
  • Hands-on experience with composite manufacturing will be valuable.
  • Ability to balance short term needs with longer term project planning.
  • Sailor or worked within the marine industry will be a plus.

PROJECT MANAGER

North Technology Group, estamos a la vanguardia en tecnología dentro de la industria náutica de alto rendimiento.

Actualmente estamos en búsqueda de un/a Project Manager que garantice la satisfacción de nuestros clientes y el éxito de nuestras actividades.
El/la Project Manager será responsable de recibir y gestionar los pedidos/proyectos de los productos que ofrece la empresa, procedentes del
equipo de ventas, y asegurar que se diseñan, fabrican y entregan al cliente a tiempo, dentro del presupuesto pactado y con el nivel de calidad

requerido junto con la colaboración de los distintos departamentos de la empresa.

PRINCIPALES RESPONSABILIDADES
  • Gestionar diversos proyectos.
  • Coordinar los recursos internos y externos para la ejecución de los proyectos.
  • Garantizar que todos los proyectos se entregan a tiempo, dentro del alcance y dentro del presupuesto.
  • Gestionar la relación con el cliente y todas las partes interesadas.
  • Garantizar la disponibilidad y asignación de recursos.
  • Desarrollar un plan de proyecto detallado para supervisar y controlar el progreso.
  • Gestionar los cambios, el calendario y los costes del proyecto.
  • Informar y escalar a la dirección el estatus de calidad, recursos, tiempo y costes, según sea necesario.
  • Gestión de riesgos para minimizar los riesgos del proyecto.
  • Crear y mantener una documentación exhaustiva del proyecto.
REQUISITOS
  • Experiencia en ingeniería de producción, diseño o un campo especializado y/o experiencia laboral en
gestión de proyectos dentro de un sector técnico.
  • Excelentes habilidades comunicativas escritas y verbales en inglés.
  • Conocimientos prácticos de CAD/CAM.
  • Grandes habilidades para relacionarse, capacidad para motivar y mantener relaciones interpersonales en
circunstancias variables.
  • Independiente, proactivo/a, resolutivo/a e innovador/a.
  • Se valorará la experiencia práctica en la fabricación de materiales compuestos.
  • Capacidad para equilibrar las necesidades a corto plazo con la planificación de proyectos a largo plazo.
  • Se valorará haber navegado o trabajado en el sector náutico.
