This role supports the Regional Marketing Manager by driving strategic and operational marketing efforts, with a focus on understanding market needs, creating impactful sales tools, and executing marketing plans that align with business priorities.Key Responsibilities: Market Analysis & Strategic Insight: Conduct thorough market studies, analyze trends, and deliver strategic recommendations.
Collect and interpret consumer insights and competitive data to identify growth opportunities and inform the project pipeline. Marketing Strategy Implementation: Develop and execute marketing plans, lead regional events such as trade shows and online events, and monitor effectiveness.Collaborate on digital campaigns to maximize reach and impact. Sales Tool Development: Work closely with technical teams to create new product concepts and promotional tools, adapting global resources to regional needs with a focus on sustainability and customer engagement.Qualifications: Education: Master’s degree in Sciences combined with or followed by marketing studies.
Experience: Minimum of 3 years Skills: Proficiency in CRM, strong Microsoft Office skills, strategic thinking, and organizational abilities.
