If you are interested in being part of a dynamic sales team and growing company, we invite you to apply!Job Description and ResponsibilitiesThe Business Development Representative (BDR) Manager will be responsible for the following duties:Lead, mentor and develop a team of Business Development Representatives (BDRs) to achieve individual and team sales goals and uncover net new and expansion opportunitiesDevelop and implement effective inbound and outbound BDR strategies and initiatives to support regional goalsCreate and deliver team trainings to enhance and uplevel BDR skills and product knowledgeCollaborate with regional sales leadership, marketing, and product teams to develop and execute campaignsPartner with the Global Demand Response Centre of Excellence (COE) team to ensure alignment and adherence to global frameworks, processes, and expectationsMonitor and analyze core KPIs to identify areas for improvementConduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback and coachingActively participate and present learnings, insights, and performance updates at rhythm of business meetingsQualificationsPrevious relevant work experience with a Bachelor’s DegreeFluent in English and also a good proficiency in a second language (Spanish, French, Italian, Polish or German) highly preferred.Prior experience in a demand response role, or related field with a focus on lead management and qualificationPrior experience as people manger.Excellent communication, presentation, and coaching skills, with the ability to engage teams and leaders across multiple seniority levels.Knowledge of the payments industry preferred.The BDR Manager:Consistently demonstrates leadership qualities and exemplifies Visa’s leadership principlesEffectively coaches BDRs, identifying areas of opportunity and strength and gives appropriate and actionable real-time feedbackInspires, motivates, and guides teams towards achieving and exceeding goalsCommands a strong understanding of B2B sales processes, lead generation and pipeline managementAnalyzes and uses sales data and metrics to make informed decisionsPossesses a deep understanding of their region and markets and can articulate and execute a data informed strategyEffectively communicates with their direct team and across multiple management layers in a highly matrixed organizationDemonstrates expertise and exercises considerable latitude to determine objectives and to develop effective solutions to guide the successful completion of complex assignments under limited supervision.Is solution oriented and provides meaningful feedback and recommendations for global and regional improvements and process, tools, and strategy enhancementsAdditional InformationVisa is an EEO Employer.
