The Role

Then we would like to talk to you!As a Senior IT Recruiter, you will assist Hiring Managers in filling open positions by offering expert guidance and ensuring quality throughout the recruitment process. You will be responsible for creating and delivering excellent recruitment services and following the established service agreements.
This role requires to use recruitment technology tools and manage and manage end-to-end recruitment processes. You’ll engage directly with the client where you will give expert advice and manage their expectations at every stage of the hiring process.
Key Accountabilities
What you’ll be doing:
- Managing end-to-end recruitments for IT and Tech roles at Nespresso based in Barcelona, collaborating with Client and senior stakeholders to understand and regularly update hiring needs and optimal resource allocation
- Sourcing Candidates, using a variety of tools and channels to develop a pipeline of qualified Candidates
- Facilitating the Interview and selection process
- Building strong and trusted partner relationships with the Client and Hiring Managers. Acting as a strategic partner and advisor regarding the sourcing and recruitment process
- Providing strategic advice to Hiring Managers at each stage of the recruitment process
- Using knowledge of the local market to design optimal recruitment and sourcing strategy
Skills & Experience
What you need to have to be successful:
- Strong experience in managing end-to-end recruitment processes for IT and Tech positions
- Expertise in various Candidate sourcing strategies (e.g. direct search, Boolean search, web sourcing, networking, advertising and database searching)
- Demonstrable ability to act as a trusted advisor, engaging with senior stakeholders
- Experience in working with recruitment systems/ATSs
- Excellent communication skills
- Fluency in English and Spanish, both written and spoken
