Duties and responsibilities:

- Launch SmartPorts products and tech features, helping shaping associated business.
- Research, enable and implement technologies that yield competitive advantage.
- Monitor KPIs and IT budgets to assess SmartPorts product’s performance and usage.
- Foster innovation and use stakeholders’ feedback to continuously improve product.
Areas of Focus & Internal Interfaces:
- Lead software product management and product roadmap:
- cross-functional and highly visible role, required to work closely with multiple stakeholders and earning trust at all levels in MN and with customers.
- Enable strategy on Port data platform, data analytics and artificial intelligence:
- Collaboration with product engineering and technical resources for product development and delivery to customers.
- Active contribution to customer’s Port Digitalization and Innovation via SmartPorts:
- Support business development and sales engineering on new market segments and on preparing & deploying go-to-market strategy.
- Support company overall R&D in SmartPorts areas and associated strategic partnerships:
- Coordinate collaboration with Ports and platform customers, as well as product partners the will integrate with SmartPort platform at eco-system level.
Key skills and values:
- The role needs to be willing to roll up sleeves, wear several hats, show hustle, and work collaboratively across multiple teams.
- The role will define the strategy, identify opportunities for accelerating growth and define the plan to get there working with business development, marketing and product teams.
- The role will build and prioritize the roadmap and deliver strong results, launching and measuring success of marketing and acquisition initiatives.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Telecommunications, or similar area; required
- Master’s degree in Business Administration; required
- 10+ years of experience in the Port / Maritime sector
- Experience required in:
- Digital Transformation
- Product Management
- Leading the creation and implementation of systems
- Team Management
- Project Management
- Strategy and Planning
- Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, and presentation)
- Availability and willingness to travel
- Bi-lingual / multi-lingual desired

Physical requirements:
Sedentary for prolonged period of time, interact with clients, and travel occasionally.
